2.1 To register and maintain a dewu11 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
2.2 dewu11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held.
2.3 Access to the Platform from jurisdictions outside Indonesia is permitted only where it does not violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Player is located. 3.1 To access real-money betting and gaming services on dewu11, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account. 3.2 You are permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one dewu11 Account — whether directly or through a proxy — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dewu11 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with them.
3.3 You must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number that you own and control. dewu11 uses these contact details to communicate important account notifications, verification codes, and security alerts. Providing false contact details is grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.4 dewu11 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason. Registration approval does not guarantee the indefinite right to maintain an Account.
3.5 You agree to promptly notify dewu11 of any change to the personal information held on your Account by contacting customer support at [email protected].
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dewu11 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.
4.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action. dewu11 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify dewu11 immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected]. dewu11 will temporarily suspend your Account pending an investigation upon receiving such a notification.
4.4 dewu11 will never ask you to disclose your full password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from dewu11 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
dewu11 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
dewu11 does not accept deposits from payment accounts or bank accounts that are not registered in the same name as your dewu11 Account. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to technical availability. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Withdrawal requests may be subject to review if they trigger internal risk or compliance checks. dewu11 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements are not withdrawable.
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dewu11 does not apply foreign exchange conversion charges. There is no multi-currency functionality on the Platform.
6.1 dewu11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
6.2 Each bonus or promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible game types, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. 6.3 Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
6.4 Wagering Requirements for bonuses apply only to the Bonus Funds balance. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable subject to standard identity verification checks, regardless of whether a bonus is active on the Account.

7.5 Maximum payout limits per single bet and per event apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and vary by sport, market, and bet type. dewu11 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player on any market at any time.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewu11 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

13.1 You may close your dewu11 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.
13.2 dewu11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:
13.3 Upon termination for cause, dewu11 reserves the right to void outstanding bets and forfeit any Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits remain subject to return to the depositing payment method following completion of any required investigation.

14.3 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
15.1 dewu11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dewu11 will notify registered Players by email to the address held on their Account, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
15.3 The version of the Terms in force at the time a bet is placed governs the settlement of that bet, regardless of any subsequent amendment.
